Escape to Hyères in this charming 100 m² Provençal house, nestled between the sea and countryside. Ideally located less than 10 minutes from shops and the region’s most beautiful beaches, it offers you privacy and comfort for an unforgettable stay under the Var sun. Spacious and bright, the house accommodates up to 6 guests. There’s a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You’ll also find a modern shower room, a separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room, with its television, is perfect for relaxing after your outings. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Outside, enjoy a private garden—ideal for outdoor meals or a peaceful break. For your leisure, a ping-pong table is available, as well as a shared pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The pool is open seasonally (June to September) and is not heated. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and for an extra fee per pet. Two private parking spaces are included for a worry-free stay. Hyères, jewel of the Côte d’Azur, charms with its Mediterranean climate, sandy beaches, and preserved landscapes. Just minutes from the house, discover the Golden Islands, including Porquerolles with its crystal-clear waters.
